Our academy community is a happy, safe and welcoming one.  We value each student as an individual and support them at every stage of their education.  We know that joining a new school can often be a worrying and unsettling time for children and so we seek to make all new students feel part of our academy community from their very first day.

As well as making strong friendships with each other, it is also important for students to maintain constructive and supportive relationships with their teachers.  Each student has a personal tutor who they meet with regularly to review both their academic and personal progress.  Through these meetings, tutors are able to find out where a student is excelling and where they require extra support.

Students are expected to behave sensibly, with courtesy and to respect other’s rights and needs.
